Welcome to GlowVane. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the conditions for using glowvane.com and purchasing from our store. In these Terms, “GlowVane,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this store.

When you place an order, you agree that the order and contact information you provide is accurate. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.

We may contact you if an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred, or we need to verify an order for security reasons. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the affected item.

Section 4 - Prices and Payment

The price charged for an item is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction of an obvious error as described above. Any shipping charges or other amounts we collect will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Promotions may have separate conditions, such as an expiration date or eligible products. If a promotion’s stated conditions conflict with these general Terms, the promotion conditions apply to that promotion.

You must be authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

 

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and tracking information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may change because of carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us so we can help investigate it.

Nothing in this section removes our obligations concerning delivery or your rights if goods are lost, damaged, or not delivered under applicable law.

 

Section 6 - Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may contact us within 24 hours of placing an order to request cancellation. We can cancel and fully refund an order that has not yet shipped.

For eligible products, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Product condition, hygiene requirements, return shipping costs, refund timing, and any additional UK or EU rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because return locations vary by market, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions for your order.

 

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

The GlowVane name, branding, website design, text, images, graphics, and other content on our website belong to GlowVane or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view our website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use its content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

 

Section 8 - Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content to us or through our website, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful or misleading material.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant GlowVane a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use content you submit in connection with operating and promoting our store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate the website. Your purchase is made from GlowVane, not Shopify. GlowVane remains your point of contact for questions about products, orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
