Shipping Policy

We want you to know what to expect before your GlowVane order is on its way. Below you’ll find our standard shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and tracking information.


Shipping rates

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Italy: Free standard shipping on eligible products. Standard shipping for other products is $6.99 per order.

  • Other European destinations, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Australia: Standard shipping is $6.99 per order.

  • South Africa and eligible Middle Eastern destinations: Standard shipping is $8.99 per order.

Free-shipping eligibility depends on the products in your order. Your final shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you pay. Available destinations are also confirmed at checkout.


When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The delivery estimates below begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Some products use a different shipping route within the same country. Please check the delivery estimate shown for your product at checkout. YunExpress shipments may be delivered locally by a partner carrier.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates; weather, customs checks, peak periods, and carrier disruptions may affect arrival.


Track your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with its tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

You can use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit our Track Your Order page. If you need help with a shipment, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number.


Holidays and peak periods

Orders placed during public holidays or busy shopping periods may take longer to process or deliver. If a planned holiday closure affects shipping, we’ll post an update on our website so you know when orders will resume.
